Angstrom Automotive Group acquires Vantec, Inc. and will change companies to become Vantec LLC. Vantec Inc. was founded by Bev and Willie Van Wyhe on 12/1/1983. Bev and Willie Van Wyhe announced their retirement and the change of ownership. Sherri Behrendt will continue to work for Angstrom as Managing Director of Vantec LLC and VP of Sales for Angstrom. Vantec Inc. We wish Bev and Willie a safe and happy retirement and the future opportunities of being part of the Angstrom Team.
